Hello to all!  Our trip is getting closer...soon we will be on our way!
Just an update to everyone about service:

What to Offer

We received an email from the brother who headed up the last group to work that territory.  He says that the householders are very nice and many have accepted a Bible Teach book in the past. (He mentioned some have two or three.)  So he recommended using the magazines or being prepared to offer to start a doorstep Bible study with the Bible Teach book.

Literature

Josh asked the brothers to special order our group a box of August magazines and a box of Bible Teach books.  They are in and ready to go. Besides your own standing order for Aug mags, you may want to bring a few varieties of brochures and tracts to have on hand.

Meetings For Service

We are planning to meet at the rental house for service Friday and Saturday mornings at 9:00.  We may just meet with the congregation Sunday afternoon after the meeting.

We were thinking that to get the most out of our service time, it would be best to pack lunches every day.  If you have a cooler to bring, that would be great. 
Still that leaves us with 4 dinners and 4 breakfasts.  I'm sure there are a few restaurants around so don't feel obligated to eat at the house but for those of us on a budget, using the kitchen might be the best idea.
Would anyone like to volunteer to do a meal for the group?  Or go in together on a certain night?

• Sunday- Meeting 10 am

                               Afternoon Service

• Monday- Check out of house

                          Play day- Nantahaula rafting or caverns or whatever!
